Company Overview
The UCM Group comprises five companies located in the UK and US.
In the UK, Unitec Ceramics Ltd is principally a producer of fine-sized zirconia powders for use in advanced ceramics whilst Electro Furnace Products Ltd is the UK magnesia producer for the Group.
In the US, Universal America Inc produces large volumes of fused zirconia for applications such as refractories and friction compounds whilst Muscle Shoals Minerals is the Group’s US producer of magnesia.
UCM China is based in the US but is responsible for the sales of UCM’s magnesia products into the Chinese market.
